While the majority of your Caliber journey will be focused on strength training, we also offer the ability to log other workouts, including cardio workouts. When logging a cardio workout, you can choose from our list of existing exercises, or log a custom cardio workout. 


To log a cardio workout from the quick start menu:


1. Open the Caliber app and tap to open up the quick start menu.


2. Tap Cardio Workout.


3. Select your cardio activity from the drop down menu.


4. Enter total time and tap Done.


5. Enter total distance and total calories and tap Complete Cardio.


6. You will be redirected back to the Dashboard and will see a green check appear next to your completed cardio activity.



To add a cardio workout to a past date:


1. Open the Caliber app and tap Calendar on the bottom navigation.


2. Select the date to which you would like to add a cardio activity.


3. Tap ADD ACTIVITY+ at the bottom of the screen to open up the quick start menu.


4. Tap Cardio Workout.


5. Select your cardio activity from the drop down menu.


6. Enter total time and tap Done.


7. Enter total distance and total calories and tap Complete Cardio.


8. You will now see your completed activity summary in the Calendar. On any date which you have recorded a cardio activity, you will see a red dot displayed underneath the date.
