Throughout your Caliber journey, it's important to make sure you log your progress through body stats. These include weight, estimated body fat %, and waist measurement. There are several ways to log these stats.


To log a body stat through a prompt on the home dashboard:


1. Open the Caliber app and tap.


2. Tap Body Stat.


3. Tap Body Fat, Waist, or Body Weight. Please note: if you have already entered or synced a body stat for the current day, you will not be able to add a new body stat until you delete the existing body stat. 


4. Type in current weight and hit Log Body Weight


5. A green check will appear on the screen above the text Enter your weight.


6. Your body stat is now saved and will be displayed on your Dashboard with a green check next to it.


 



To add any body stats to a past date:


1. Open the Caliber app and tap Calendar on the bottom navigation. 


2. Select the date to which you would like to add a body stat. 

3. Tap ADD ACTIVITY + at the bottom of the screen to open up the quick start menu


4. Tap Body Stat.


5. Tap Body Fat, Waist, or Body Weight. Please note: if you have already entered or synced a body stat for the current day, you will not be able to add a new body stat until you delete the existing body stat. 


6. Type in current weight and hit Log Body Weight


7. A green check will appear on the screen above the text Enter your weight.

8. Your body stat is now saved and will be displayed on your selected date with a green check next to it.
