Overview

The Caliber MCP Server gives AI assistants read-only access to your fitness and nutrition data. Once connected, you can ask questions about your workouts, nutrition, body stats, and more — and get charts, summaries, and trend analysis powered by your real Caliber data.

What You Can Do

  • Analyze exercise progress — See how your lifts have changed over time with visual charts and breakdowns
  • Review nutrition — Check whether you're hitting your calorie and macro targets
  • Track body stats — Visualize trends in your weight, body fat, and other measurements
  • Check personal records — Look up your all-time bests for any exercise
  • Get training summaries — Ask for a recap of your week, month, or any date range
  • Browse exercises — Search Caliber's exercise library by name, muscle group, or equipment type
  • View cardio and steps — See your cardio activities and daily step counts

All access is read-only — the MCP server can surface your data but cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your Caliber account.
