3. Managing My Account
Account Settings
How to Update Personal Information
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll down to the Support section and tap My Account
- Tap Personal Information
- Here you can update your profile photo, name, email, phone number, birthday, gender, height, country, city, state, and province
How to Reset Your Password
- Tap Log In on the main screen in the app
- Tap Forgot password? under the password field
- Enter the email address associated with your Caliber account
- Tap Continue
- Check your email and look for an email from support@caliberstrong.com with the subject line "Reset your password"
- Tap Confirm in the email
- You will then see a screen asking you to enter a new password
- Type your new password into both fields and tap Reset password
- You should now see a screen with a green checkmark confirming your password has been updated
- Return to the main login screen on the app and log in using your email and new password
How to Update Preferred Units
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll down to the Preferences section and tap Units & Measurements
- Select your preferred units for distance, weight, and length
Note: We do not currently support the ability to update your units between lbs and kgs while you are in an active workout.
How to Enable or Disable App Notifications
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll down to the Preferences section and tap Settings
- Tap Notifications
- Turn the toggle on or off to receive push notifications from Caliber
Note: We highly encourage you to enable push notifications so you are alerted when your rest timer goes off.
How to Enable or Disable Coach Notifications
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll down to the Preferences section and tap Settings
- Tap Notifications
- Turn the toggle on or off to receive push notifications from Coach
Note: We highly recommend enabling push notifications for messages from your coach so that you are alerted when your coach reaches out to you.
How to Enable or Disable Message Notifications for Individual Groups
- Tap Groups on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the upper left Menu icon to see your list of groups
- Press and hold on the group you would like to mute
- Tap Group Settings
- Under Notification Preferences, tap Nothing
- Tap the back arrow
- Your muted group will now display a moon icon
Note: If you want to unmute your group, follow the steps from above and then select All New Messages or Mentions Only.
Profile Management
How to Update Public Profile
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- At the top, tap View Profile
- Tap Edit Profile
- Here you can update your profile photo, create a display name, write a bio, add social links, and toggle visibility of personal information
Note: By default, all public profile information is toggled off to protect your privacy.

How to Update Payment Information (Caliber Premium)
- Go to caliberstrong.com and click 'Log In'
- Click on My Subscription (located on the menu on the left side of the screen)
- Scroll down to Related Orders
- Click the Pay button
- Enter your updated payment information
5. Cancellation
How to Cancel Your Caliber Pro or Plus Membership
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll to the Support section and tap My Account
- Tap the link under your membership status to manage your subscription
- For iPhone: Apple ID > Subscriptions
- For Android: Google Play > Subscriptions
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription
Note: All plans can be canceled at any time but must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Memberships automatically renew until canceled.
How to Cancel Your Caliber Premium Membership
- You can cancel the program at any time by emailing us at support@caliberstrong.com. If you cancel, you will have access to your coach through the end of the current payment period. At the end of your payment period, you will continue to have access to the Caliber app and can resume working with your coach whenever you'd like.
How to Delete Your Caliber Account
- Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap My Account to access your account settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Carefully read the information about account deletion
- Type your first name to confirm
- Tap Yes, I'm sure to finalize the deletion
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. Manage subscriptions separately in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Q: What is Caliber Premium?
A: Caliber Premium is a science-based fitness and nutrition coaching program that helps you build muscle and lose weight through a unique combination of data-driven strength, cardio & nutrition programming, one-on-one video coaching, and lifestyle optimizations tailored to you.
Q: How do I communicate with my coach?
A: As a Caliber Premium member, you'll use a variety of ways to communicate with your coach. This includes live video calls, as well as video and text messaging via the Caliber app. Your coach is available to you 24x7 and you can expect a response within a few hours (unless it's in the middle of the night, of course!)
Q: How often does my coach check in with me?
A: Check-ins are as frequent as you'd like them. At a minimum, your coach will check in with you several times a week, inclusive of a comprehensive weekly review of your activity and your training plan for the upcoming week. While some of our members prefer less frequent, more diagnostic check-ins, many of our members appreciate regular check-ins during the week to stay accountable to their plan.
Q: How does my coach measure my progress?
A: Measurable results are what make Caliber so different from other fitness programs you may have tried. Throughout the program, we'll be measuring everything you do, from your strength workouts, to your cardio activity, to your body stats, to your nutritional information - even the instructional lessons you complete within the Caliber app. Your coach has real-time access to this data, so they know precisely how you're progressing, with visibility into your biggest opportunity areas. Your coach uses your personalized training data to inform their coaching interactions with you, and to make optimizations to your plan as you proceed through the program.
Q: How does my coach correct my exercise form?
A: Having good form when working out is important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress. Having trained thousands of people via the Caliber platform, we've developed expertise in teaching and maintaining proper form.
In the Caliber app, you have access to video and text-based instructions for over 500 exercises, as well as key takeaways to focus on while performing the exercise. For more complex strength training exercises like the deadlift or bench press, we include multi-step video tutorials to teach you the exercise with proper setup and form.
In addition, you will use our video form review feature, which enables you to capture a short video of yourself performing the exercise for your coach's review and feedback. Many of our members have learned how to lift weights for the first time, working with their coach in this fashion.
Q: Do I need a gym membership to use Caliber?
A: Many of our members belong to a gym, but just as many work out at home using their own equipment. Regardless of where you like to exercise, your coach will design a plan that accommodates the equipment you have access to. In fact, you can get started with no equipment at all. Your coach can design a bodyweight training plan that's remarkably effective, especially when getting started.
Q: Is Caliber okay for beginners?
A: Absolutely. Caliber is the ideal way to kickstart your fitness thanks to your dedicated coach, who will work with you one-on-one to teach you everything you need to know across exercise, nutrition and habit formation. We routinely have people join Caliber who've never belonged to a gym or lifted weights.

Q: How long does it take to see results?
