We recommend sticking with your group for at least 30 days to get to know your coaches and familiarize yourself with the program.

To request to switch Pro groups directly within the app:

1. Tap Groups on the bottom nav

2. Tap your Pro Group to open the chat

3. Tap the Members icon located in the upper right corner to open the members list

4. Tap the Settings icon on the members list to open the group settings

5. Scroll down and tap Contact Support to submit your request
