We pull all step data directly from Apple Health and Google Fit. If you are not seeing the correct number of steps on your dashboard, try the following:
- Manually pull down from top of the dashboard screen until you see a loading icon. Release your finger and you will see text on the dashboard that says 'Syncing data'. Your most recent data will then appear.
- If you're still not seeing the correct number of steps on your dashboard, open Apple Health or Google Fit and double check that the correct number of steps are appearing there. In some cases, Apple Health and Google Fit will not have the most recent step data, and syncing with those apps will then update the data on the Caliber dashboard.
