We highly recommend enabling push notifications for messages from your coach so that you are alerted when your coach reaches out to you.

To turn push notifications on or off for messages from your coach:

1. Open the Caliber app and tap Menu on the bottom navigation.

2. Tap Settings > Notifications.

3. Tap next to From My Coach.

4. Tap at the bottom of the screen to Save.
